1. Introduction
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to help. Please read the policy below so you know exactly what to expect before you reach out.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out. If you change your mind, we're happy to offer a store credit for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is free from odours, marks, or signs of use
- Return is postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, sizing guide, and images carefully before placing your order.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.
Once assessed, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund. Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Items marked as final sale
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or show signs of use or odours
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund or store credit has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
There are no restocking fees.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, style, or variation, simply return your eligible item for a store credit and place a new order.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back:
- Email hello@zeemara.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions — do not send items back without approval
- Pack your item securely and send it to the return address below using a tracked service

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost or delayed in transit.
