At Zeemara, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible. We ship worldwide from fulfilment centres in Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and China, and we always aim to dispatch from the location closest to you for the fastest delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Single item orders — Flat $15 AUD shipping fee
- Orders of 2 or more items — Free worldwide shipping
- Taxes and duties — Covered on all orders, including single-item purchases. No unexpected fees at delivery.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order processing — 2–7 business days before your order is dispatched
- Standard shipping — 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
- Expedited shipping — 3–7 business days after dispatch (available at checkout)
Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. For example, a standard order may take up to 21 business days from order date to arrival.
